At Lila Mane Beauty Co. your appointment time is reserved just for you.
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee or the forfeiture of any deposit paid, whichever is greater.
Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Charges will be applied to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations may require pre-payment for future appointments.
